All these warranty facilities ensure you limited warranty rights from baseus.com.bd, or the manufacturer from baseus company, or the brand, for the duration specified on the product description page/Invoice and warranty Time Period starts on the date of purchase from Baseus.com.bd . The limited warranty applies to the physical product, and only for physical products, purchased from Online Shop Baseus.com.bd .

90 Days Replacement Warranty

baseus.com.bd offers 90 days replacement warranty in all purchased
products. If customers find any issues with the product during this warranty period, customer can return the product unless the product is physically damaged (e.g. broken, scratched, burnt, wet, etc. or failed to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance).

Change Of Mind Is Not Applicable for  Warranty  .
If the customer change his/her mind and want to return product/s for Valid
Reason such as ordered product is fine but doesn’t work with Customer
Device , In this case we can sell the ordered product for customer, then we will issue refund or exchange .


Please note that to avail a full Refund, Warranty, Replacement customer must return the product/s to our address in absolutely good condition. Replacement of a product is subject to availability of stock. baseus.com.bd will not bear the service charge/Courier Charge/Condition charge that might be deducted by respective
bank/Courier or third party for online transaction while refunding
money. Also it may need time that depends on the third party process.
