Not giving more than 65w output on Asus Zenbook

I bought this charger as a replacement to my 90W Asus Zenbook charger. But when i connect it to the laptop, it only outputs around 60w, 57w to be precise. I measured it using an USB meter. But other charger from Baseus like the Gan5 pro 100w provides 90 watts without any issues. idk what's wrong with this charger. I tried 2 units, both have the same issue.
